How Live Cricket Betting Works on BetPro?
BetPro works as an exchange, so during a live match, you bet against other users instead of betting directly against the platform. Each market has two options: Back, which means you are betting that something will happen, and Lay, which means you are betting that it will not happen.
The odds can change at any time during a live match. The odds can go up or down based on what happens in the match and how other users place their bets.
A Simple Live Betting Example
A Simple Live Betting Example
For example, Pakistan is batting. The odds for Pakistan to win are 1.8. You place a PKR 2,000 back bet on Pakistan.
After a few overs, Pakistan loses two wickets. The odds go up to 2.5.
Now, you have two choices. You can place a lay bet on Pakistan, or you can keep your first bet and wait for the match to finish.
If Pakistan wins, your profit would be PKR 1,600 from your PKR 2,000 bet at odds of 1.8.
This is how live betting on an exchange works. You can place a bet first, then place another bet later if the odds change.
On a normal betting platform, your bet stays at the odds shown when you place it.
BetPro Live Cricket Markets
During a live cricket match, BetPro offers more betting options besides the match winner. You can also bet on the next over, next ball, or total runs.
You can choose different betting options while the match is still live. Because BetPro is an exchange, the amount of money available for betting can be different in each market.
The match winner market usually has more users, so it accepts bets quickly. Smaller markets take longer, and sometimes your full bet may not be accepted if not enough users are betting the other side at the same odds.
